Karen Norrman’s journey with Archstone Financial began in 2007, when she first connected with the founders of the firm and joined the team in an administrative and paraplanning role. This is where planning came alive for Karen, as she saw the profound impact that advisors could have on each client’s financial future. The focus was no longer on clients owning the right investments in their portfolios, but rather having the right process; crafting a customized plan to help each client, monitoring and adjusting as needed.
With her new-found passion for financial planning, Karen spent the following years expanding her financial education and securing financial planning credentials. Along Karen’s journey she acquired experience in banking, investments and insurance, providing her with an expansive knowledge of the financial industry. In 2020 Karen had the opportunity to join Archstone financial as a financial advisor. Karen is thrilled to be back and will be a valuable member of the Archstone team.
When she’s not helping clients, Karen spends time with her two teenage sons. Though she doesn’t have much time to travel (like she once loved to do) far from her lovingly restored 1785 colonial home, in her spare time Karen enjoys the beach, hiking and refinishing furniture.
